Hotel Guest Service Manager Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service throughout their stay. This involves responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and other interactions.

In addition to providing top-notch service, the Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for conducting training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities of team members. They will also promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large airline crew movements, possess strong communication skills and be able to manage their time effectively. A Senior First Aid Certificate and an open manual driver's license are also requirements.
