We are seeking an experienced ICT Implementation Technician to join our team as a Computer Network Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining complex computer networks and systems.

  • Configure and test network devices, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs.",">
  • Perform data migration and administration of databases, servers, and workstations.",">
  • Collaborate with clients during implementation and go-live to design data models and network requirements.",">
  • Monitor and optimize network infrastructure performance.",">
  • Provide remote and onsite support for diagnosing and resolving issues.",">
  • Integrate Bepoz with various systems and manage network traffic.",">
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on Bepoz solutions and POS systems.",">

  • ",">
  • Australian Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Systems, or related field.",">
  • At least 2 years of Australian experience as an ICT Implementation Technician.",">
  • One year of experience with POS systems.",">
  • Full-spectrum system implementation from installation to post-go-live support.",">
  • Expertise in Windows Servers, SQL, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs.",">
  • Strong client engagement skills and project management experience.",">
  • Ability to train and support hospitality operators.",">
  • Commitment to security and compliance.",">
  • QA collaboration.",">

The successful candidate will earn an annual salary of A$80,000 to A$90,000 plus superannuation.
