Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Azure/Systems Support Administrator to join us in a varied and dynamic role.

  • Azure data storage solutions: Architecture, security, migration and availability
  • Internal server/network infrastructure and backup management
  • Fostering a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision and security
  • Maintaining strong ICT Support standards
  • Upskilling existing staff in Azure Storage practices to improve capability
  • National ICT Support escalation point and local support of central west Offices

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Cloud Systems including Azure Storage, Exchange Online, EntraID and Microsoft 365
  • Local systems knowledge including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell, Veeam, Fortinet and networking
  • H hardware troubleshooting – Dell/HP/Fortinet
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining service standards
  • Previous experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platforms
  • Exposure to Cyber technologies and strategy
