Job Title: ICT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Perth.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to work with a rewarding client, improve ICT infrastructure, and provide technical support and project management services.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to travel to regional WA, providing a unique chance to experience remote communities and contribute to their development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System administration in Microsoft, Office365, and Citrix environments
  • End-to-end project management of ICT projects
  • Maintaining information systems with a focus on reporting and implementation
  • Providing technical IT support to clients and stakeholders
  • Facilitating change management and contributing to continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Strong recent proven system administration experience within Microsoft environments (strong O365 administration)
  • Experience in Linux systems administration, Citrix virtual apps administration, VMware vSphere administration, IPv4 LAN and WAN networking management, hardware installation, and SOE system builds
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Natural ability to exhibit kindness, compassion, and patience with customers
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • WA driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cabling license and/or relevant experience
