Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative assistance for a significant healthcare development initiative. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the project and engage closely with various stakeholders, including contractors and health authorities. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the daily schedules of the project team, organizing meetings, and prioritizing commitments effectively.
- Coordinating project meetings with all involved parties to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications and inquiries related to the project.
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes as necessary.
- Maintaining various registers and schedules to monitor and fulfill specific project requirements.
- Executing comprehensive administrative and secretarial tasks, which may include arranging travel and setting up meetings.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. A proactive attitude towards work and stakeholder engagement is essential. Additionally, you should have:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the capacity to learn new systems quickly.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate effective relationships.
- Experience in the construction sector or governmental roles is preferred.
