About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Partner to work closely with the Program Director, Women's and Newborn, and the Project Medical Lead. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing the Centre of Excellence initiative, ensuring enhanced safety and wellbeing for mothers, newborns, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
  • Support workgroups under the guidance of the Project Medical Lead.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate effective implementation planning.
  • Maintain timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist the Program Director with presentations, documents, and briefings.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including electronic task management and meeting coordination.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage effectively with consumers in women's health, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership, project management, and change management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to conduct site visits to maternity services across Victoria.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
  • Experience within the Health Sector would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated skills in supporting and delivering projects.
