About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a Project Manager - Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of new store projects, renovations, and relocations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple store projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on project progress.
  • Provide support for fixture development and placement.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail or construction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for retail and a drive for excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
