About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Cutcher & Neale. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels, from crafting compelling content to managing social media and driving successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our firm's expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing the firm's marketing strategy, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand's online presence through social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, event planning, and trade show participation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and support each other in achieving our marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with HubSpot, digital advertising, and previous experience working in the financial industry.
