We are currently looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our Newcastle team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment of employees, sales associates, and the backend operations required to keep Ambion Group at its best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all areas of the recruitment process
  • Candidate resourcing using online channels and existing databases
  • Shortlisting resumes
  • Phone Screening
  • Hosting
  • Undertaking projects and ad-hoc administration tasks as required
  • Liaising with Clients & suppliers
  • Stock management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working on the phones
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport
  • Goal-oriented and enthusiastic
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • Well-presented
  • High work ethic & drive
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in recruitment will be highly regarded
