Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery, and maintaining accurate records of orders and shipments.
  • Quote and Sales Management: Proactively follow up on quotes and sales opportunities, and utilize our ERP system for quotations, orders, and invoices.
  • CRM Management: Maintain our CRM system with lead and sales pipeline information, ensuring that our sales team has the most up-to-date information to drive sales.
  • Marketing Support: Prepare and provide quotes, product information, and marketing materials to support our sales team and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business or Marketing is highly regarded.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar sales administration role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and internal ERP systems.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and Australian citizenship to be able to work with the ADF.
