About the Role

Cutcher & Neale is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels, from crafting compelling content to managing social media and driving successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and values. Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various marketing channels, including email, publications, and more.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing the firm's marketing strategy, including campaign execution, landing pages, workflows, and webpages.
  • Social Media Management: Build and maintain our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
  • Marketing Materials: Coordinate, develop, and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and more.
  • Campaign Performance: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of events, such as seminars, workshops, and webinars.
  • Database Management: Provide support in managing marketing databases and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Between 2-4 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Hub Spot, digital advertising experience, previous experience working in the financial industry, and proficiency in Windows and Canva.
