We are seeking a results-driven Hotel Operations Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a fast-paced environment that demands commitment to customer satisfaction, creating memorable interactions and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.
The successful candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations, comply with hotel and company service standards, and coach department leaders to control costs.
