About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Director of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management position within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
