Executive Assistant Manager Position

The role of Executive Assistant Manager is a pivotal one within our hotel, requiring a dynamic individual with expertise in Food & Beverage operations and Rooms Division. We seek an experienced leader to drive excellence across all areas of the hotel, focusing on F&B operations.

About the Role
  • This key position involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting their team across departments, and playing a crucial role in financial and strategic planning.
  • They will develop and execute bespoke guest experience journeys, creating strong brand connections through authentic moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, maintaining smooth performance and outstanding guest service.
  • Lead with a hands-on approach – supporting the front desk, restaurant, and maintenance as needed.
  • Be available on-site and off-site for issue resolution and crisis management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, duty of care, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, financial administration, and audits.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting across departments, proactively managing payroll costs and COGs.
  • Participate in revenue, marketing, and F&B meetings to drive strategy and execution.
  • Plan property improvements and assist in preparing detailed CAPEX documentation for stakeholder approval.
  • Up hold strict food safety standards and support kitchen and F&B teams in quality assurance.
  • Manage rosters and timesheets aligning to industry guidelines and payroll deadlines.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
  • Foster team communication through regular briefings and monthly meetings.
  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas.
  • Advocate for brand standards across Rooms and F&B, ensuring consistent delivery on brand promises.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of conferences and events, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and exceptional client satisfaction.
