The role requires:

  • A live-in position
  • Hotel Management experience
  • Hands-on approach with ability to work in every aspect of the business
  • Manage a small team of dedicated employees
  • Look after caretaking responsibilities as required
  • Operate the front desk for reservations, check-ins and check-outs as required
  • Attend to minor maintenance issues as required
  • Work with Landlords and Owners Corporation on apartment or building issues
  • Work with corporate office to achieve desirable outcomes
