Hotel Operations Manager

The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel front office. This includes managing the Rooms Division, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth overnight service, and upholding safety and compliance standards.

This role requires a strong leader who can deliver memorable guest experiences through genuine care and service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Front Office team to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests
  • Anticipating guest needs, resolving escalated issues promptly, and maintaining service excellence
  • Identifying operational challenges and providing coaching and mentorship to team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role
  • Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
  • High attention to detail and strong operational oversight
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team performance
