Job Title: Strategic Customer Experience Leader

The Strategic Customer Experience Leader is a visionary and strategic thinker with strong execution capability. They will lead the customer experience, developing and executing strategies to grow fan base, membership, and ticket sales.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Marketing & Social Marketing
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and affinity through innovative social marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee media buying, brand positioning, and advertising strategies across traditional and digital platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Media & Public Relations
    • Lead internal and external communications, including media relations and crisis management.
    • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring tone, language, and presentation are consistent with values and image.
    • Build relationships with media, stakeholders, and community partners.

  • Digital & Content:

    • Oversee digital strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms.
    • Ensure the presence is engaging, current, and aligned with fan expectations.
    • Drive storytelling through video, photography, written, and interactive content.

  • Other Responsibilities:

    • Customer Data Management
    • Manage CRM strategy and fan segmentation to deliver personalized experiences.
    • Lead fan engagement initiatives at games, online, and in the community.

Requirements:

  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
  • Ability to attend work events outside of ordinary office hours
  • Available for domestic and international travel as required
