Job Description

As a key player in our organization, the Digital Account Director will play a pivotal role in bridging the communication and operational gaps between technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This strategic thinker will excel at finding innovative solutions and enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will ensure all client and agency queries are addressed promptly and effectively, collaborating closely with technology partners to improve and streamline processes.

With a passion for video excellence, the Digital Account Director will provide expert guidance on client video recommendations and monitor campaign delivery and assessment of key performance indicators to assess campaign and product performance.

  • Agency and Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to PMX Lift.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance.
  • Business Development Support: Assist the Head of Video in identifying potential new business opportunities and targeting existing clients who have not opted in.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with technology partners to continuously streamline and enhance campaign delivery workflows and processes.
  • Product Development: Collect and evaluate feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and iteration.

Success in this role requires high attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in digital planning, video knowledge, and sound knowledge of ad-tech are advantageous.
