Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Leader to join our team at The Tops Conference Centre. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and possess strong communication and leadership skills. They will be able to maintain calm and clear communication during busy service times and guide their team through change, pressure and complexity without adding stress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team that delivers meal service with warmth, professionalism and care.
  • Ensure meals are prepared and served safely and correctly, including accommodating special dietary needs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally as a Front of House Supervisor.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain calm and clear communication during busy service times.
