Chief Financial Officer - Lead Global Finance Strategy

The role of Chief Financial Officer at a global enterprise involves leading the finance strategy to drive financial performance, risk, and assurance across diverse international education portfolios.

Reporting to the Global Chief Operating Officer, you will provide strategic advice to the Executive Team while championing AI-enabled systems and predictive analytics to future-proof the organisation.

You'll lead high-performing finance and risk teams, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and long-term sustainability in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of the global finance strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure financial performance.

As a seasoned CFO or senior finance leader, you will bring deep expertise in cross-border tax, financial management, audit, and risk, coupled with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.

About You

Key qualifications include:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Early career experience in a Big 4 firm or similar environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement—particularly in AI-driven finance systems and/or in mergers and acquisitions

Candidates with a strong track record of success in global, complex, multi-jurisdictional environments will be favourably considered.
