We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership & Experience Casual. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our members, fans, and new audiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating membership and ticketing sales, building strong connections with our members, and supporting our game-day events and fan engagement activities across the season.

">

You will be responsible for processing new memberships and renewals through our CRM system, providing unparalleled customer service to a wide range of stakeholders, and using engaging customer service skills to create long-lasting fandom within our database.

">

In addition, you will support event set-up and pack-down processes across various GIANTS events, including home games at Giants Stadium and on occasion Manuka Oval in Canberra.

As a key GIANTS ambassador, you will also support our roaming Street Team to connect with broader audiences.

">
