Membership Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Membership Operations Coordinator on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue from membership sales and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure members have an outstanding experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Desirable: Experience in membership operations, database management, and financial record keeping.
  • Necessary: Strong organizational ability with excellent communication and customer service skills;
    Excellent computer skills including database management, ticketing systems and MS Office;
    Able to provide accurate service in a timely manner to customers;
    Possess strong attention to detail and;
    Able and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively, either autonomously or in a team.
