About the Role

The Membership Manager is a key leadership position responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences across our club. As a senior manager, you will oversee a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and drive member retention.

This role requires a dynamic leader with strong sales expertise, organisational capabilities, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club meets monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the team's success
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team meets their daily performance criteria
  • Develop and deliver sales training to enhance the MSC team's skills
  • Drive member retention and growth by achieving budgeted targets
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of hitting KPIs
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling
  • Ability to manage the customer journey to achieve successful outcomes
  • Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
