Sales Development Representative

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Xplor. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our business by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
- Qualify leads and set product demonstration appointments with potential new client accounts
- Develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Interact with senior-level business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an outbound sales position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident phone manner and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage own time and priorities
