Lead Front Office Team Member
You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, leading the front office team and ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering outstanding guest welcoming experiences by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
- Maintaining professional communication with guests and colleagues, making accurate bookings and resolving issues promptly.
- Guiding and supporting the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing guest accounts and assisting with reporting.
- Coordinating team rosters to meet operational needs.
- Assisting with recruitment and talent development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Understanding of trust accounting principles.
- A passion for delivering proactive customer service.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
