**Job Title:** Front Office Manager
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office team, ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of front office operations, creating and implementing standard operating procedures, hiring and training staff, and overseeing technology integration.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field;
- At least three years of experience in a guest service/hotel environment with at least two years in a management capacity;
- Demonstrated capability of collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities;
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing teams;
- Strategic thinking and the ability to explore new ways of working.
