We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to fill the role of Guest Services Agent in our front office operations.

This position offers an opportunity to work with industry professionals and a close-knit team at a well-established property in Central Geelong, delivering excellent customer service and achieving guest satisfaction targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a front office (guest / customer facing) position and be self-motivated with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. They will also possess knowledge of Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services ideally, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all hotel departments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day front office operations
  • Assisting with guest arrivals and departures, following set check-in / check-out procedures

To succeed in this role, the individual will require:

  • Experience in a front office (guest / customer facing) position
  • A self-motivated attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Knowledge of Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services ideally
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all hotel departments

This permanent position offers full time hours and an attractive salary range of $56-$65k plus super, depending on experience.
