Guest Services Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the outset. You will foster positive relationships with owners and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the front office department to ensure efficient guest check-in/check-out processes and effective room allocation.
  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of high-performing front office staff, focusing on excellent customer service and teamwork.
  • Oversee the setup and integration of technology, including property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and other software essential for smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the guest experience, from arrival to departure, and collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional coordination and communication.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan work assignments, establish performance goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

As Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will possess a strong passion for developing your team, strategic thinking, and open-mindedness to explore new ways of working.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Three years of guest service/hotel experience, with at least two years in a management capacity.
  • Demonstrated capability of collaborating with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and possessing strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about developing your team, strategic thinking, and open-mindedness to explore new ways of working.
