Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits such as $250 to spend on well-being and an EAP programme. Employees also receive an extra day off for their birthday.

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead our construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in site management and a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

  • Liaise with clients and report on progress to staff and the public
  • Supervise construction workers and hire subcontractors
  • Buy materials for each phase of the project
  • Monitor build costs and project progress
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections
  • Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings
  • Maintain quality control checks
  • Motivate the workforce
  • Deal with day-to-day problems and issues that arise
  • Use specialist project management computer programmes

The successful candidate will work on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses, or in a site office. They will be responsible for supervising construction workers, hiring subcontractors, and monitoring build costs and project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
