Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Lead to oversee the management of our partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and alignment with our business and partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of partner engagement strategies to ensure partners are aligned with company goals;
  • Management of existing partnerships and identification of new business opportunities;
  • Negotiation and management of partnership agreements;
  • Development of strong relationships with distributors, ISV/SI/VAR partners, marketing partners, and vendor partners;
  • Fostering productive partnerships aligned with the objectives of our Partner Program;
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful partnerships;
  • Championing the use of CRM and tracking tools to maintain up-to-date partner data;
  • Coordination of partner participation in key events, campaigns, and promotional activities;
  • Leadership of a team of partner managers to achieve company-assigned performance goals;
  • Reporting on partner performance and program success metrics;
  • Identification of areas to enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency;
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications;
  • At least 10 years of experience in partnership management or similar functions within the IT Hardware Industry;
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a high-performing team;
  • Solid understanding of the IT hardware industry and its partner dynamics;
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Previous Experience in CRM Management and Excel software;
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment.
