
Senior Partnership Development Manager

The Partner Management Team Lead plays a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day management of ASUS AIOT Business's partner ecosystem, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and alignment with business and partnership strategies.
This critical role involves overseeing execution of partner engagement strategies to ensure partners are aligned with company goals, managing existing partnerships, and seeking out new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Oversight of partner engagement strategies for effective alignment with company objectives.
- Management of existing partnerships and exploration of new business opportunities.
- Negotiation and management of partnership agreements.
- Establishment of strong relationships with distributors, ISV/SI/VAR partners, marketing partners, and vendor partners.
- Identification and development of new potential partners to support the marketing strategy for the ASUS AIOT business.
- Fostering productive partnerships aligned with the objectives of the Partner Program.
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful partnerships.
- Advocacy of CRM and tracking tools to maintain up-to-date partner data.
- Coordination of partner participation in key events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Leadership of a well-performing partner management team from scratch.
- Setting of KPIs and growth targets for team members and leading them to reach company-assigned performance goals.
- Facilitation of regular reporting on partner performance and program success metrics.
- Identification of areas for enhancing partner engagement, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Contribution to the evolution of partner strategy through market insights and feedback.
- Leadership of initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and strengthen long-term collaboration.
- Maintenance of knowledge on industry trends and best practices in partner development.
- Promotion of knowledge sharing and alignment across the team to ensure consistent partner engagement practices.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in partnership management, channel programs, or similar functions within the IT Hardware Industry.
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring a high-performing team.
- Solid understanding of the IT hardware industry and its partner dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in CRM management and Excel software.
- Ability to work proactively, adapt to changing situations, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unlimited working rights within Australia.
