As the Head of Enrolments & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive enrolment and marketing strategies to promote our childcare services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a dynamic team, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and drive occupancy through innovative strategies. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to achieving objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Enrolments strategy and leadership**
- Develop and execute strategic enrolment processes to optimize conversions and drive occupancy.
- Lead and inspire the Enrolments Team through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with operational teams for smooth onboarding and family retention.
- Maintain up-to-date occupancy data and availability spreadsheet.

**Marketing strategy and brand development**
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maximize conversions and occupancy.
- Lead and motivate the Enrolments Team, ensuring exceptional performance through coaching and training.
- Collaborate with operational teams for seamless family onboarding and retention.
- Regularly update and manage occupancy data and availability spreadsheets.

**Performances analysis and reporting**
- Track and analyse enrolment and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
- Prepare insightful reports for the executive team, offering recommendations for improved occupancy and marketing efforts.

**Stakeholder management, partnerships, and events**
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including software partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Manage end-to-end company events, such as Open Days and our Annual Gala Awards Night.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to boost occupancy in targeted locations.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and idea-sharing.

**Software management**
- Oversee childcare-specific software solutions for streamlined processes in tour bookings, enrolments, and parent communication.
- Provide staff training and support for effective software utilization and reporting.
- Stay informed about industry technological advancements, recommending software updates or new tools.

**Qualifications and requirements**
