As a key player in the technology sector, we are seeking a seasoned Partner Management Team Lead to oversee our partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and alignment with our business and partnership strategies.

  • This position involves executing partner engagement strategies, ensuring partners are aligned with company goals.
  • Managing existing partnerships and actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
  • Fostering strong relationships with distributors and partners.

We require a highly skilled individual who can lead a team from scratch, set up KPIs and growth targets, and facilitate regular reporting on partner performance.

Responsibilities
  1. To execute partner engagement strategies effectively.
  2. To manage existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  3. To negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
  4. To foster strong relationships with distributors and partners.
  5. To build a high-performing partner management team.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications.
  • At least 10 years of experience in partnership management or similar functions within the IT Hardware Industry.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Solid understanding of the IT hardware industry and its partner dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
