About the Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced operators to manage the production and transportation of concrete products.

The successful candidate will be passionate about safety, have a strong work ethic, and be results focused. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential.

Experience operating agitators is highly regarded. These are fixed-term positions with the potential to be extended and move on to other projects.

The swing patterns we offer are 2:1 and 3:1, which are dependent on the project.

FIFO locations will be out of Perth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant
  • Operate a front-end loader (FEL)
  • Monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions
  • E nsure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
  • Communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete
  • Coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules
  • Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required
  • Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling
  • Quickly identify and resolve problems with equipment or mix quality to avoid project delays
  • Driving Responsibilities:
  • Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
  • Load and deliver concrete to our customers
  • Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
  • General concrete plant maintenance

You Will Bring:

  • A current HR or HC Drivers Licence - essential
  • Agitator truck experience preferred however, willing to train the right person
  • A current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
  • A Front end loader ticket & experience - desirable
  • A professional work ethic with a customer service oriented attitude
  • A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
  • A high regard for safety policies and procedures
