Job Title: Mobile Concrete Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of a mobile concrete batch plant to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including batching sequences and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce adherence to strict health and safety protocols.

Additionally, as an HR Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating and maintaining a reliable and well-maintained agitator truck.
  • Loading and delivering high-quality concrete to our customers.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on the concrete plant and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid HR or HC drivers license.
  • Agitator truck experience is preferred, but willingness to train the right candidate is essential.
  • Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful.
  • Front-end loader ticket and experience are desirable.
  • A professional work ethic, customer service orientation, and mechanical aptitude are highly valued.
