Job Overview

We are seeking skilled operators to join our mobile team in the western region. The ideal candidate will oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant and work closely with construction teams to ensure efficient batching and pouring schedules.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate batching proportions by monitoring automated controls.
  • Operate a front-end loader (FEL) and coordinate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete.
  • Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance as required.
Driver Duties
  • Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment, including a concrete agitator truck.
  • Load and deliver concrete to customers while adhering to strict quality requirements.
Requirements
  • A valid HR or HC Drivers Licence is essential.
  • Agitator truck experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • A current White Card or ability to obtain one upon employment.
  • Familiarity with front-end loaders and mechanical aptitude are desirable.
  • A professional work ethic and customer service oriented attitude are necessary.
  • High regard for safety policies and procedures.
