Batch Plant Operator/HR Driver Job Description

We are seeking skilled Batch Plant Operators/HR Agitator Drivers to join our mobile projects team in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of batch plants and agitator trucks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant, ensuring accurate batching proportions and quality control.">
  • Operate a front-end loader and monitor automated controls to maintain correct batching ratios.">
  • Communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete, coordinating batching and pouring schedules with construction teams.">
  • Monitor all plant and equipment, scheduling maintenance as required, and manage production tasks including manual handling.">
  • Quickly identify and resolve problems with equipment or mix quality to prevent project delays.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Holds a valid HR or HC driver's licence.">
  • Agitator truck experience is preferred but willing to train the right person.">
  • Current White Card or ability to obtain one if successful.">
  • Front-end loader ticket and experience desirable.">
  • A professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude.">
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.">
  • High regard for safety policies and procedures.">
