Mobile Concrete Plant Operator and Driver

- Operate the mobile concrete plant, ensuring accurate batching proportions and maintaining equipment.
- Drive agitator trucks, delivering and collecting concrete while adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor plant and equipment, conducting routine maintenance and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules.
- A valid HR or HC Drivers License is essential.
- Agitator truck experience is preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A current White Card or ability to obtain one upon employment is required.
- Front-end loader ticket and experience are desirable.
- A strong work ethic, customer service orientation, and mechanical aptitude are essential.
- A high regard for safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
- An excellent hourly rate plus an hourly site allowance, with guaranteed minimum hours including overtime.
