We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of FIFO Batch Plant Operator/HR Agitator Driver.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of a concrete batch plant, operating a front-end loader (FEL), and monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions.
- Evaluate all products for adherence to strict quality requirements, communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete, and coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules.
- Inspect and maintain all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required, managing maintenance & production tasks which includes some level of manual handling.
- Identify and resolve problems with equipment or mix quality to avoid project delays.
- Driving Responsibilities:
- Operate reliable and well-maintained equipment, load and deliver concrete to customers, operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck.
- Maintain general concrete plant operations.
- Requirements:
- A valid HR or HC Drivers Licence is essential.
- Agitator truck experience is preferred, however willing to train the right individual.
- A current White Card or ability to obtain if successful.
- A Front end loader ticket & experience - desirable.
- A professional work ethic with a customer service oriented attitude.
- A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems.
- A high regard for safety policies and procedures.
