Waste Concrete Operator

We are seeking experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operators and Agitator Truck Drivers to join our mobile team in the Western Region.
Candidates should be passionate about safety, possess a strong work ethic, and have effective communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about concrete production and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant.
- Operate a front-end loader (FEL).
- Monitor automated controls for correct batching proportions.
- Ensure products meet strict quality requirements.
- Communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete.
- Coordinate with construction teams for batching and pouring schedules.
- Monitor plant and equipment, scheduling maintenance as required.
- Manage maintenance and production tasks, including manual handling.
- Identify and resolve problems with equipment or mix quality to avoid project delays.
- Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment.
- Load and deliver concrete to customers.
- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck.
- Perform general concrete plant maintenance.
- Holds a HR or HC Driver's Licence - essential.
- Experience with Agitator Trucks preferred but willing to train the right person.
- Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful.
- Front-end Loader ticket and experience desirable.
- A professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems.
- High regard for safety policies and procedures.
