Concrete Plant Operator / Mobile Driver Job

We are seeking skilled Concrete Plant Operators/Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant and drive reliable equipment to deliver high-quality products.

  • Job Description:
  • Operating a front-end loader (FEL) and monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions.
  • Ensuring all products adhere to strict quality requirements and communicating with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete.
  • Coordinating with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules.
  • Maintaining plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required.
  • Resolving problems with equipment or mix quality to avoid project delays.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current HR or HC Drivers Licence is essential.
  • Agitator truck experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • A strong work ethic and professional attitude towards customers.
  • A mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • A high regard for safety policies and procedures.
