Customer Service Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

This is a 9-month contract position, working in Sydney CBD or from home (WFH). The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and maintaining student records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team in delivering outstanding work.

About the Role:

  • Create and maintain student records to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support.
  • Experience in using Microsoft software packages, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid work required.
