Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Sydney-based team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is extremely efficient, friendly, and humble.

Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day customer service support via phone, email, or other communication channels.

- Excellent phone etiquette and a professional, confident demeanor.
- A proactive approach to resolving customer issues and a desire to make a positive impact in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other computer software packages.
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or logistics would be beneficial, although not essential.
