We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized and customized solutions to clients
- Monitoring and reporting shipment status updates
- Liaising with operational teams as required
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Updating customers on their export/import shipments
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Freight forwarding or shipping experience - essential:
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Understanding of shipping processes exports and imports beneficial
- Ability to liaise with operations department and other stakeholders
