About This Role
  • Conduct assessments relevant to your field to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Ability to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • Engagement of clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • High level of customer service commitment
  • Willingness to work in the community (driver's license and own vehicle required)
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
