Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to work with clients, employers and medical professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, providing occupational rehabilitation services and supporting clients throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality occupational rehabilitation services;
- Working collaboratively with employers, employees and medical professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
- Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments;
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client care, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage their day effectively.
RequirementsApplicants must possess:
- A professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Compassion and kindness;
- Well-developed time management skills;
