Job Role

This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own day while providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions.

  • Casework Management: Providing expert case management services to support injured workers in achieving successful return to work outcomes.
  • Clinical Expertise: Applying your clinical knowledge to develop effective injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Previous experience working in the occupational rehabilitation sector is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling is essential.
  • Registration: General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion: Demonstrated empathy and compassion are essential for delivering high-quality support services.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Licenses: A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance are mandatory.
