Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who have experienced illness, injury, or disability.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychology or rehabilitation counselling and have experience working in the occupational rehabilitation sector. They will be able to provide expert support and guidance to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and regain independence.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

- Covering a range of conditions, including physical and psychological injuries;
- Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality services;
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, health sciences, or rehabilitation counselling;
- General or provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a psychologist or eligibility for associate or full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);
- Previous experience working in the occupational rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
- Fabulous communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Compassion and empathy, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service;
- A current NSW driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
