Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals with a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology to join our team of healthcare experts.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, focusing on return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client caseloads, working closely with Rehabilitation Assistants to minimize administrative tasks;
- Apply clinical knowledge to optimize return-to-work outcomes;
- Collaborate with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Work with injured workers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals to achieve successful outcomes;
- Assist clients in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work goals through comprehensive assessments and support;
- Complete various assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational evaluations, to identify suitable employment opportunities for workers with injuries or health conditions.
