Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is seeking experienced professionals in the field of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Rehabilitation Counselling to join our dynamic occupational rehabilitation sector in Liverpool NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Case management will be managed efficiently with support from our skilled staff;
- Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for our clients;
- Developing and implementing injury prevention programs with employers and employees;
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
- Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve successful return to health and return to work outcomes through various assessments using your clinical skills;
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology registered with AHPRA or ESSA is a must;
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Compassion and empathy are valuable qualities for this role as well as effective time management skills;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is necessary for regular travel between clients and offices.
